Our team of full-time staff, specialist leaders, sessional workers and volunteers, span an age range of teens to seventies and come from a diverse variety of backgrounds and places. A significant strength of this organisation is its very low staff turnover which provides a great sense of stability and continuity for children and young people whose lives are often chaotic and uncertain.
